Alex Hart is a member of The Chartered Institute of Horticulture, The Professional Gardeners Guild, The European Boxwood and Topiary Society and a Pre-Registered Member of The Society of Garden Designers, as well as having won several RHS medals, along with the design and build of 2 Chelsea show gardens.
You may require help for an existing garden that you would like to refresh with new planting, or even help to restore an older garden, back to its former glory.
Site visits and reports can be made to help you with this.
Maybe you are about to move into or purchase a new property/estate and need help knowing what is required to maintain one? How much labour is needed? How much and what type of equipment it will all require? Having run various gardens/estates we can help you assess what you will need and associated costs, as well as where to purchase new equipment. We can also evaluate any existing equipment you may have been offered by previous owners.
In recent years we have found that good gardeners are in very short supply. We can offer on-site training to help your existing gardener/team with more technical skills that may be lacking. On site visits can be arranged so in the long term you will save money having your own gardeners skilled to work in your own garden. We are happy to organise this for schools, universities or other larger institutions as well.
Alex Hart gardens can also prepare maintenance schedules for your garden or estate.
If you have had a problem with a recent job that you are not happy with can provide you with a professional opinion report that could be used in any dispute resolution.
