Topiary and Pruning
Careful consideration should be taken when it comes to the clipping of topiary and hedges.
With the spread of box blight and the dreaded box moth it is essential to keep tools sharp and clean.
Hand clipping shapes is a skill in itself and may not be something that your average gardener is keen to do especially if you like your hedges crisp clean and level.
As a member of The European Boxwood and Topiary society, Alex has always had an interest in clipping box, yew and various other species and also loves to use them when designing gardens.
You may have a regular gardener who does the lawn and weeding etc., however there are times of the year that you might like some more professional help with pruning such as wisteria or training roses.
If you would like help with your parterre or peacocks, please give us a call or message and I’m sure we can help.
